This policy covers Shop Pin Publisher (the “app”) by Slow Japan Trails,
an automation that creates Pins for our own product listings and travel
guides on our own Pinterest account.
What the app accesses
- Our own Pinterest account only. The app is authorised by the shop
owner through Pinterest’s OAuth flow and uses the granted access to
create Pins and boards for our own products and guides and to read the performance
of those Pins.
- It does not access, collect or store data about any other Pinterest
user.
What is stored
- The OAuth access and refresh tokens are kept as encrypted secrets in the
automation’s private configuration and are used only to call the
Pinterest API on our own account.
- Product data (titles, images, listing links) is our own content.
Sharing
We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
Deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time from Pinterest settings → Security →
Apps. Revoking it stops the app immediately; no other data is held.
